Woman can testify Weinstein used force to rape her despite his acquittal, judge rules

• A judge ruled that an accuser in Harvey Weinstein’s retrial may describe him as having used “force” during the alleged rape, despite his earlier acquittal on that charge. The decision was made on 9 April, ahead of jury selection set for 15 April.
