In collaboration with Happiest Health, Bengaluru City Police has initiated Project Khushi, a comprehensive health and wellness programme aimed at combating lifestyle-related diseases among its personnel. Given the rise of conditions like diabetes and hypertension, the programme is tailored for officers who face unique health challenges due to long working hours, high-stress environments, and irregular routines.

The structured programme merges physical sessions with digital learning, comprising six live classes over three months led by the experts in endocrinology, nutrition, ayurveda, yoga, and mindfulness. Alongside, weekly digital content—including web stories, articles, videos, and tips—will be provided, complemented by a dedicated WhatsApp support group offering daily exercise prompts and nutrition advice.

The programme will run for three months, with health assessments conducted before and after to measure improvements.
