11 held for performing stunts with Machetes on City roads

Acting on the directions of Bengaluru Police Commissioner, officers from Bengaluru West Division seized several two-wheelers used in the incident. The arrests followed widespread outrage after dashcam footage, shared on social media platforms, showed the youths creating a nuisance in Ramamurthy Nagar and near the KR Puram flyover.
According to police, the incident occurred on the night of 13 February. Over 25 youths had gathered outside Noor Masjid in KG Halli following night prayers, where the accused reportedly planned to perform stunts for social media content. Videos captured them riding triple on two-wheelers, performing wheelies, and waving machetes along busy stretches, including KG Halli’s main road and the Hoskote toll route.
