BENGALURU, 18 FEB

Two men were found dead under mysterious circumstances, while a third remains in critical condition after a drinking party at their rented house in Yarandahalli. The deceased have been identified as Diwan Afrid Ali, 27, and Ashraf Ali, 34, both from Assam. The identity of the critically ill survivor is yet to be confirmed. The police have sent the bodies for a post-mortem to determine the cause of death. Preliminary investigations indicate that the three had been living together and working at a factory in Electronics City for several months. On Monday, they reportedly consumed alcohol at home. The incident came to light around 10 PM when a friend arrived and found them collapsed on the floor. Authorities suspect alcohol poisoning or drug abuse but are awaiting the post-mortem report for confirmation. Further investigations are underway.
