In a bid to apprehend
two armed robbers who executed a brazen daytime heist in Bidar, the Karnataka
Police have announced a substantial reward of ₹5 lakh for credible information.
On 16 January, the thieves attacked a cash delivery vehicle, shooting two
security personnel and making off with ₹93 lakh. The suspects, identified as
Aman Kumar and Alok Kumar alias Ashutosh from Bihar's Vaishali district, are
known for a string of similar crimes across several states, including a recent
ATM robbery in Uttar Pradesh.
With police forces from Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Telangana on high alert, authorities are urging the public to assist in tracking the criminals.
