Man jumps from second floor of Mantri Mall in Bengaluru, dies
The deceased has been identified as TC Manjunath, a resident of Ullal Upanagar in the city.

BENGALURU, 24 JAN
A 55-year-old man died by suicide by jumping from the second floor of Mantri Mall, Malleswaram around 9pm on Thursday, police said.
The deceased has been identified as TC Manjunath, a resident of Ullal Upanagar in the city.
Manjunath climbed over the railings and allegedly jumped from the second floor. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by security guards where he was declared brought dead.
Preliminary inquiries revealed that he was heavily in debt and
unable to pay off the debt because his electronics shop was operating at a
loss. Police recovered a note recovered from his pocket stated that no one was
responsible for his death.
A case of unnatural death has been registered and investigation
ongoing.
