Prohibitory orders imposed in Leh after violence

Authorities have promulgated prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the BNSS in Ladakh's Leh, banning assembly of five or more persons following a movement demanding statehood for Ladakh and extension of the Sixth Schedule took a violent turn.
