J-K 2nd phase poll: Over 54% voting till 5 pm

A 54% voter turnout was recorded by 5pm in the second phase of the Jammu and Kashmir polls on Wednesday. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi had the highest turnout at 75.29%, while Habbakadal recorded the lowest at 15.8%.
