As the woman employed as a techie at Infosys ran out to alert her colleagues, the man who was trying to flee the scene was caught by the HR.

The woman later filed a complaint with the Electronic City police, after which a case was registered under relevant sections of the Information Technology Act and Section 77 (Voyeurism) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The accused has been nabbed and an investigation is underway but the incident has raised serious concerns about workplace safety and privacy.
