A day after Pakistan’s Army Chief Field Marshal’s anti-India rhetoric, this time it was the turn of politician Bilawal Bhutto to threaten India over Operation Sindoor and the suspension of the decades-old Indus Water Treaty following the Pahalgam terror attack.

The former, Asim Munir had said that Kashmir is the "jugular vein" of Pakistan, while on a trip to the United States, addressing the Pakistani diaspora.

Bhutto, the former foreign minister of Pakistan, claimed that New Delhi had caused "great damage" to the neighbouring country and asked all Pakistanis to "unite" against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Claiming that PM Modi’s government has caused “great damage to Pakistan,” he urged Pakistanis to stay united and stand together against the PM, while speaking at a government function on Monday.

Pakistan would have no choice but to “consider war” to protect its national interest if India continues to suspend the Indus Water Treaty, Bhutto said.

Referring to Operation Sindoor, the politician also claimed that, Pakistan can win any war even if it doesn’t start the war.  “If you think of carrying out an attack like Sindoor, then know that the people of every province of Pakistan are ready to fight you”.
