Former IAS officer Kannan Gopinathan officially joins Congress party

Former IAS officer Kannan Gopinathan, who resigned in 2019 over Article 370, has joined Congress, welcomed by KC Venugopal and Pawan Khera. He called Congress the only party to counter the government’s divisive agenda and criticised J&K’s handling.
