A case has been registered at the Brahmapur police station against Ambadas Khatal, an office manager at the Kalaburagi City Municipal Corporation, after a video showing the demolition of the Babri Masjid was shared as his WhatsApp status and it went viral.

Based on a complaint filed by Municipal Corporation member Sheikh Ajmal Ahmad Gola, the Brahmapur police registered an FIR against Ambadas Khatal.
