2 held for forging signature to transfer of land in Bidar

Two Bidar officials were suspended for illegally transferring of land by forging the tahsildar’s digital signature. They transferred land belonging to Jagannath to another person without consent.

BIDAR, 21 JUNE

 

Two officials have been suspended for illegally transferring land registered in a person’s name to another by forging the digital signature of Bidar tahsildar, Dilshad Ali Mahat in Bidar district. Srujan and Ambarish, second division assistants in the Tahsildar’s office allegedly transferred 8 acres and 13 guntas of land belonging to Jagannath in Nandgaon village to Mohammad Ismail illegally. Of the total 12 acres and 21 guntas of land, Ismail owned 4 acres and 8 guntas. The remaining 8 acres and 13 guntas belonged to Jagannath The duo were suspended after the matter came to light.
