Man fined 26.5K for allowing underage son to ride bike

VIJAYAPURA, 6 MARCH

 

The 4th Additional Sessions Court in Vijaypura fined a person named Hussiansab Rampur Rs 26,500 for allowing his under-age son to ride a bike on public place.

 

Rampur's son was caught by railway police riding a bike on the premises of the local railway station on 16 November, 2024. Railway police Sub Indpector Shivanand Arenad seized the bike and filed a case against his father.

 

Court also rapped Rampur, saying that he put at risk the lives of the public as well his son and warned him of heavier penalty if the boy repeats the offence.
