Mysuru Lok Adalat to resolve over 21,000 pending cases
Among the cases set for resolution are 1,478 motor vehicle accident cases, 1,360 criminal cases, 5,011 cheque bounce cases

MYSURU, 6 MARCH
Mysuru's Lok Adalat,
scheduled for 8 March, aims to address 21,646 cases from a total of 119,646
pending in the district and taluk courts. District Principal Sessions Court
Judge Usharani, chairperson of the District Legal Services Authority, announced
the initiative during a press conference. The national Lok Adalat, organised by
the National and State Legal Services Authorities, targets civil disputes
(60,391 cases) and criminal disputes (59,255 cases) within the region.
