Mysuru gears up for 2nd PU exams from 1 to 20 March

Mysuru district administration is gearing up for the second year Pre-University (PU) examinations scheduled from 1 to 20 March across 50 examination centres. Additional Deputy Commissioner Dr P Shivaraju on Friday directed officials to ensure all necessary preparations for the smooth conduct of the exams. Of the 50 centres, 27 are located in Mysuru city, while 23 are in rural areas and taluk headquarters. Strict guidelines will be followed during the exams, including CCTV surveillance to prevent malpractices and ensure effective supervision. Route officers have been appointed for timely distribution of question papers. Local authorities have been instructed to maintain cleanliness around exam centres, which will be designated as prohibited zones during the examination period.
