AICC Secretary Mansoor Ali Khan on Friday paid a heartfelt tribute to former prime minister. Manmohan Singh, praising his immense contribution to the nation and his unwavering dedication to uplifting the lives of millions of Indians.

Khan, in a post on X, lauded Singh for his visionary leadership and his role in guiding India through a period of unprecedented growth and development.

In his tribute, Khan described Dr Singh as "a true visionary and a compassionate leader". "His economic reforms were nothing short of transformative," Khan said.  "They paved the way for India’s robust growth and international recognition."

What truly set Dr Singh apart, Khan noted, was not only his intellect but his "unwavering integrity and humility." Despite facing numerous challenges during his tenure, Singh remained a "beacon of hope," always prioritising the welfare of every Indian citizen.
