The Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway sees another toll rate increase, just a year after its inauguration. This is the third revision in toll fees since the opening of the highway.

 

The Indian National Highways Authority (INHA) announced a 3 per cent toll hike from 1 April, 2024. The first hike occurred in April 2023, by 22 per cent.

 

Under the revised fare structure, one-way journeys for cars/vans/jeeps on the expressway will cost Rs 170, with a return journey within 24 hours priced at Rs 255.

 

Similarly, one-way fares for light commercial vehicles, goods vehicles, and minibuses have been increased to Rs 275, with a return journey priced at Rs 425, up from Rs 270 and Rs 405, respectively. The toll rates for heavy trucks and buses on the Nidaghatta-Mysuru expressway have been increased to Rs 580 for a oneway journey and Rs 870 for a round trip.
