India skipper Harmanpreet Kaur moved up two places to 13th in the latest ICC Women’s T20I batting rankings, released on Tuesday, following her decisive performance in the final match of the five-game series against Sri Lanka.

Harmanpreet struck 68 off 43 balls in the fifth and final T20I in Thiruvananthapuram, earning the Player of the Match award as India sealed a 15-run victory to complete a 5-0 series sweep. Her knock helped her inch closer to the top 10 batters in the rankings.

Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma maintained their third and sixth positions respectively, while Australia’s Beth Mooney continued to lead the batting chart. Jemimah Rodrigues slipped out of the top 10 and is now placed 12th.

In the bowling rankings, Deepti Sharma lost her top position after finishing with figures of one for 28 in the final T20I. Australia’s Annabel Sutherland reclaimed the No. 1 spot with 736 rating points, edging past Deepti by a single point. Sutherland had first reached the summit in August 2025.

The rankings also saw Indian left-arm spinner Shree Charani make a notable jump, advancing five places to 47th.

Among Sri Lankan players, Kavisha Dilhari moved up one place to 32nd, while captain Chamari Athapaththu climbed three spots to 48th in the bowling rankings.
