Manipur protests: Meitei member held for firing at security, 19 detained

On 10 June, Manipur Police arrested Arambai Tenggol member Raj Boinao Pangeijam for firing at security personnel during protests over the detention of the group’s leader Kanan Singh. Nineteen others were also detained for violence in Imphal.

LA mayor imposes curfew after increased nighttime violence
