Vidhana Soudha was illuminated in pink in Bengaluru on Sunday to mark the third anniversary of the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme, one of Karnataka’s flagship welfare programmes. The iconic state secretariat was lit up to commemorate three years of the scheme.
