The makers of 'Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups' on Wednesday unveiled the first look of actor Nayanthara, who plays a character named Ganga in the film.

The poster presents Nayanthara in a stern and commanding avatar, holding a gun while standing at the entrance of what appears to be a grand casino. Her intense expression and posture suggest a strong and influential character, indicating that Ganga will play a key role in the narrative.

Toxic, directed by Geetu Mohandas, stars Yash in the lead and is positioned as a stylised, mature drama.

The makers have been releasing character posters in phases. Earlier, Kiara Advani was introduced as Nadia, followed by Huma Qureshi as Elizabeth. With Nayanthara’s reveal, the film’s strong female characters have drawn attention.

'Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups' is slated for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026, and will clash at the box office with 'Dhurandhar 2', starring Ranveer Singh.
