BENGALURU, 09 DEC

A man from Uttar Pradesh tragically took his own life by hanging in his residence at Manjunath Layout, Marathahalli, on Monday. Local police, upon arrival at the scene, discovered a placard reading "Justice is Due" affixed around his neck.

In the aftermath of the investigation, authorities recovered a 40-page suicide note indicating that the deceased, identified as Atul Subhash, aged approximately 40, had been battling depression linked to personal difficulties.

Reports suggest that Atul’s mental health had deteriorated following a legal case filed against him by his wife in Uttar Pradesh. Just hours before his death, he reached out for help through a message sent to an NGO's WhatsApp group, pleading, “Please help my family if possible,” and provided his brother's contact details along with pertinent video clips and documents.

The police revealed that Atul had devised a "time-table" for his suicide, detailing actions to be taken prior to his passing. The Marathahalli police have initiated further investigations into the case.  -SALAR NEWS
